Linda Sorell
"Well worth going off the well trodden tourist pathways to share a
moment on your sacred place. We have come to appreciate through your
kindness the beauty of one's connection to the earth and to family"
“I want you to know how much we enjoyed the tour and how different
yours was from the other Maori tours we took. I loved the fact that
Arch of the Ancestors is out-of-doors in a stockade in the middle of
beautiful country. The fact that we were split into small groups gave
us an opportunity to get to know some of the individuals and ask many
questions. You were the only ones with the stick fighting
demonstration, traditional weaving presentation and traditional carving
explanations. Your welcoming ceremony was lovely, memorable and seemed
authentic. Thank you and we hope to be back.”
Bela Maranhas, Rockport, MA USA
"My wife and I had the opportunity to take your tour and visit your
home during our recent cruise in February. Papa Robert and Cousin
Denise taught us the history and culture of the Maori. What a thrill
and a great thank you to all of you who participated in the
presentation."
Harry & Sharon Vaughan, Green Valley, AZ USA
"Thank you for allowing us to share a piece of your culture - this was memorable"
