Due to the nature of our business, cancellations affect us significantly. This is why we apply the following cancellation policy:

  • A minimum of 24 hours notice from tour time is required for the cancellation/amendment of a booking reservation with no ‘Cancellation Fee’
  • A ‘Cancellation Fee’ of 50% of the total tour price is charged with cancellation of less than 24 hours notice from tour time
  • Any ‘Cancellation Fee’ charged will be applied to another tour when booked for an alternate time or date
